Book Review: Book 17

This was an informative book with several good ideas about getting fit when you are over 40. It was a collection of ideas from various sources, with a variety of backgrounds.  One of the best quotes from the book was "That we age, if we are lucky enough to do it, is a given...but how we age is up to us". How true that is.  The book inspired me to look for ways to be more fit, just in lifestyle changes such as taking the steps, or getting up from my desk and moving around a little every 20 minutes or so.  It also is helping me thing about getting back on track with paying attention to what my family is eating, and trying to serve more non processed items. 
 
I plan on referring back to the chapter that contained weight lifting exercises with pictures to help those of us who are visual learners see exactly what to do.

I give this book 4 stars.
