Happy New Year! 2009

Another year has come and gone, and I find myself of course reflecting on what that means. Goals are being set, whether out loud or internally. Some of them are that this year I will:
complain less
eat less
weigh less
stress less
read more
pray more
sleep more
learn more
spend time with family and friends more
exercise more
drink water more!

So far, off to a fairly good start and it's only 10 am. I've read, prayed, slept, family is already over and I walked on the treadmill. Now if the pace can keep up it will be a great year! Good luck with all your goals.
